Overview:

Electric Vehicles are a key part of our tomorrow and how we get there. If we can get all the fossil fuel vehicles off our roads, out of our seas and out of our skies, we'll have a much better environment. This community is where we discuss the various different vehicles and news stories regarding electric transportation.

According to Automotive News, a September survey published by the think tank Clean Energy Canada showed that 48 percent of respondents want an EV as their next car. And now that Canada will be allowing some Chinese EVs into the market, close to half of those potential customers are willing to wait for them.

Yeah we want $15k electric cars. It’ll be rad. Fuck amerikkkan cars. Close the border, let it rot.

I was saying that this morning about that stupid 'flying' Tesla thing. I don't want cars that can jump 30 feet in the air, people are dumb enough on the ground.

A much better presentation would be to have an electric car at the presentation, then a person gets in it and drives to the store and comes back, and then a caption says "This costs $15k".

Or, have a Tesla jump 30 feet in the air and then land on Elon Musk lol, I'd accept that

The majority of the Chinese import permits went to Chinese-produced Teslas.

Nobody's getting 15k EVs in Canada.

Where can I buy a Chinese produced EV in Canada?

Exactly this. Not dropping 70K for an electric vehicle that was designed to crap out after 5 years.
