He only paid for the rolling down. It's 2 times the cost for rolling up. 3 times the cost of it's raining.
I've got the Pay-Per-Roll™ formula, it's cheaper because most people don't actually roll that much so a sub with infinite rolling is a waste of money.
They'll remove the à la carte pricing once they've lulled you in with it.
