[Video] Democrats will have a symbolic break with Israel by pledging to "end military aid". Then move that funding to support Israeli schools, hospitals etc, so Israel can buy the weapons themselves. (peertube.wtf)

Systems that intercept incoming missiles are primarily defensive, though I expect it would be simple enough to use those same interceptors offensively. But as long as there are other offensive weapons and a defensive need it wouldn't make sense to do so.

I totally agree. I was just noting the singular example of what I would consider to be a defensive weapon.
