The issue isn't that it is inconvenient, but that it may warp perception of reality and create a climate where conflict is justified for the enemy is clearly a bunch of savages that must be stopped.

Wouldn't that apply to nazis, though? I think that's a quite reasonable take. Zionism is a racist ideology. It cannot exist without oppression of non-Jews.
