Palmer Luckey of Anduril is teaming with Ben Lamm of Colossal Biosciences to launch Warhound, a startup dedicated to genetically engineering and cloning dogs for service in war, police work and first responder work.

Speaking to Wired, Lamm explained that the project was twofold. One part of the project would oversee the genetic engineering and cloning of the ideal dogs for war, and the other would develop tech for them to use on battlefields.

What's next dipshit, tracker jackers? Mockingjays? I mean for fuck's sake, these assholes are ordering up all the horrific, dystopian shit movies and books and stories made up to be awful. And they want it, in real life.

And yes, obviously Susan Collins didn't coin genetically engineered war dogs in stories, but it's what I thought of first.

Me too. Rat Things get bonus points for being able to melt down in a horrific explosion if they fail their mission.
