Is it the same as body shaming if she chose to look like that through surgery? To me it feels no different than to talk shit about somebody's choice of clothes or hairstyle.

She wasn't born looking that, and that is not something she would have no control over. She deliberately inflated her ass to the point that she can't sit like a normal person and that makes it fair game to be insulted
