I've cancelled my subscription yesterday, conveniently it was about to renew at the end of the week, so I have a few days to migrate from Proton, here's what I'm thinking of, but I'd love to hear what other people are switching to

It depends for everyone. But after moving to proton last year, I have no problem spending an evening moving all my services to mailbox.org. Because that means that at least I can give my money to one less company that treats their employees with such contempt.

You’re going to get spied on no matter how hard you try to hide.

The problem with proton is that their CEO is a complete ass. Personally, I wouldn't feel good if I renewed my subscription in a couple of weeks.

Give it time and I'm sure we will find out many more CEOs and companies are asses as well. Just hasn't come out yet. The AI bs, greed, etc is becoming the norm. I agree, I am moving from Proton as well, but it just seems to be the norm and happening more and more. Which company is next?
