I know it's a shit post but shitting on one voter group is not how you get them to change their vote
and coddling maga voters is the fastest way to lose my vote.

there are rural non-fasch. nobody's saying to disregard them. we can keep dog fuckers in the FBI and there's no reason to make blowing shit up in the desert illegal. but do nothing FOR the fasch, or I am your enemy.

The Trumpers have created a huge mess for the entire world and they 100% deserve the blame for that.
Obviously MAGA idiots haven't been shit on enough. We need to point and laugh at them more to signal it's uncool to be one. Fascists are the one minority I want to stuff back into the closet.
It is though, actually.
First off, reactionaries only respect strength. They perceive kindness and compromise as weakness, and reason as condescension. They'll more likely respect you if you stand up to them directly. It's an odd quirk of psychology, but it's a real phenomenon. Also, some of them are just fighty, and if siding with the left means you have to be polite and passive, that can be a bigger ask than just getting them to change sides and directing it at the right people.
Second, the hardcore reactionaries, the ones who believe shit like what this post is mocking, are mostly unreachable. The important thing is for the people who aren't so deep into it to not get attracted to it or think of those things as reasonable concerns. Mocking those concerns and pointing out how cringe and weird they are is good for that.
Honestly, it just comes down to normalization. The norm should be to laugh at shit like that, to push it to the fringe, not to respect it and act like it deserves a place in society.
fuck coddling the fasch. that has undermined shit globally for decades. it needs to end. give them nothing they want and tell them to eat free healthcare legal weed and my gaping swampy ass.

Pretty much no one changes their mind online, especially when you're talking about cult shit like maga is. They need a personal connection to have any hope of changing, so making fun of them on the internet won't change anything anyway.
