The most democratic leaders say "fuck your votes, I'm changing the rules."

The most progressive politicians are NIMBYs.

Real representatives refuse to support their constituents' choices.

Also, I'm from Texas, so this is what every election is like here. I'm pretty sure that I heard a flushing sound the last time I cast a ballot.
