This is written by Lev Parnas, former Trump goon who turned on them. He presents no proof of the claim and would be extremely unlikely to have any special contacts that would leak this to him.
That being said, this would be very on brand for the administration.
He has nothing to gain and much to lose. Consider that.
His gain is a liberal grift on his monetized blog or even just the simple desire to be known. Why would this guy know anything?

This guy wasn't a Palantir exec or a long term conservative operative with deep ties to people who are still on the inside. He was a mook. He turned after the first term.
