Of course he is, he regularly complains about his hunnypots having no hunny left in them.
It's just that he might not understand the idea of a "honeypot" that isn't an actual pot intended to store hunny. And to him, a hunnypot that contains no hunny serves no purpose, obviously.
i quoted the part where he's worried about a honeypot being used to store cheese!
