The concept of autopen is ridiculous, but so is unpardoning turkeys. Then again - so is pardoning turkeys.

This whole country is ridiculous.

He pardoned Jan 6 traitors and George Santos but he won't let a stupid bird not be slaughtered?

He also got caught auto penning executive orders and they quickly took them back and had someone sign them so they weren't all identical.

I thought it was identical signatures. As in, not an autopen, but digital copy.

If an autopen is disqualifying e signatures certainly are since you do not even need the fairly complex and large autopen.

Pardons don't even need to be signed, executive orders however do and even then their legal basis is very iffy.
