Well in comparison it would be all of them. In general, I'd say Bill Pullman.

Stephen Colbert. Though iirc in the marvel universe he won the popular vote but lost the EC vote to Obama.
He still would be a good president.
President Kamacho is sorta like the president we have now if that's what you're into.
In one Simpsons episode Cletus was a president, I'd think he would do his job well.
