Are they still allowed into the Schengen zone? If so, the German government will have some tough questions to answer regarding its Staatsräson obligations.

The German government is apparently blocking EU Sanctions to Israel but that's because it's pretty easy to block things in the EU.

Making the EU actually do things (such as banning this band from entering the Schengen zone) on the other hand is way more difficult since the other ones can block it (which Spain would almost certainly do it on this subject and many others would do simply because they're against blocking people to enter the EU just because one EU nation's government discords with them politically - the bullcrap about criticism of Israel being anti-semitism has very little traction in most of the EU and apparently judging by recent news it has no traction even in the German Justice system).
