Anal beads with only three beads doesn't sound very satisfying
It's an icon. You can extrapolate¹ that there are more beads than what is shown on the graph.

Normal way to show that would be, I think, one or both ends going off the side of the icon to imply it continues :)
In this office, we want more synergy among the analysts. So henceforth, we will be using a single anal beads at the same time.
