So electric cars are 37%, let's assume it's as close as possible and petrol and diesel combined sold 36.999%. What's the other 26.001%? Flinstones-style foot-powered vehicles?
Hybrid (non-plug-in) and plug-in hybrid make up the rest.
Hybrids. Also there are probably still a few natural gas or propane special use vehicles.
What?! I thought Tesla was in decline. Wankers.
I heard one reason for Tesla being so popular in Germany was that they have their own chargers and payment system. Third party chargers are completely enshittyfied in Germany, with outrageous prices, a billion different providers, each one forcing you to use their shitty app, and with slow charging and unreliable service.
I don’t understand that part… you can just use teslas charging network with any vehicle. It is not a closed system.
The Tesla sales data is a bit misleading due to the company's delivery scheme, but each T is one too much ...
Once Musk stepped out of active politics people quickly forgot. And frankly Teslas as EVs are quite competitive.
