“News is what impacts the greatest number of people,” like tariffs and “the evaporation of wealth and the ripple effect on not just the US economy, but the global economy”, said Howard Polskin, president of The Righting, a newsletter and website that monitors conservative media. “By any stretch of imagination, that should be a lead story.”

Go to Fox News and see how far down you have to scroll for any mention of Trump putting exemptions on the Chinese tariffs.

Here's a hint: it's hidden in an article headlined about how Trump will "keep prices lower.". Way down near the bottom, after reports of DOGE finding "3 blue states responsible for half of US unemployment fraud", CNN apparently being "surprised" at high levels of GOP support, a transgender suspect in court, and a puff piece about how great Trump has done in his first 100 days.

They had too. If they didn't, their viewers would just change the station or move on to another echo chamber. Anything criticizing Trump is "fake news" or the media against their daddy. Sad shape.
