Some facebook karen right now is arguing that they shouldn't be taking their kids to protests and deserve CPS to take them away. Fuck those guys for defending it. If you win run into these losers, call them a monster for instinctively defending this.

Already seeing people on Lemmy blame the parent/kid for being there, not the thugs using chemical weapons on peaceful demonstrators

That's the thing. If you're knee jerk reaction is to defend the actions of thugs or to victim blame, you're fighting for the wrong side.

Nothing wrong with introducing your children to activism and civic responsibility. They're just pissed that their own kids tell them to Fuck Off when they try to take them to a MAGA rally.
