I kinda hope people who've become enraged by recent ICE actions and weren't already anti-police will realize they're just using the same tactics various police have been using for forever (and tame compared to some historical examples). BLM protests gave people plenty of chances to figure this out though and some people seemed to only focus on the abuses specifically by federal agents in places like portland, ignoring the vast majority of the abuse which was done by the local PD, so I still have low expectations. ACAB.

Why isnt the governor of California prohibiting the police from assisting ICE in any way, the way the Minnesota governor did?

I'll remember this when Newsome is demanding we vote for him because he has nice hair.
