MODERATORS

The Trump administration asked the US Supreme Court to let Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency have access to sensitive Social Security information, escalating a privacy fight that could affect millions of people.

The administration is challenging a federal trial judge’s order blocking DOGE from having full access to personally identifiable information in the Social Security Administration database. US District Judge Ellen Lipton Hollander’s order also requires people affiliated with DOGE to “destroy and delete” data they’ve already acquired.

I'm 100% sure they already have the data, they're just now creating a "legal" framework in order to be able to use it, parallel-construction style.

aren't they the ones that 'killed' (re-classified as 'deceased' by ssa) a bunch of legit, living social security benefits recipients.... and also some permanent residents so they can't work or bank or basically do anything?

I'm 100% sure they're going to do it either way. This ruling is just too determine if he's gonna say, "it's legal, it beautiful, the supreme court said I can do it," or if he's gonna say, "the president can do whatever he wants and I'm just declassifying these to doge"

Asking to further expand the largest data breach in the history of the US directly into the hands of Robber Baron Elonazi...

And, given DOGE's record of so-called "data security", directly into the hands of every other country across the globe. Bar none.
