It doesn't fucking WORK!!!!!!!!! source: have gone
You gotta get a better therapist then. It took me like 3 different therapists but now I'm actually making significant progress
I feel you on that unfortunately. I think therapy works for people who are good at gaslighting themselves, but beyond that everyone is SOL. I also think it can be useful for very specific problems (like I had a friend who went because she had panic attacks) that are easy to identify. If you have more vague, nonspecific issues, then therapists are lost as to what to do and therapy itself becomes useless.
I'm gonna try again soon tho we'll see.
There are whole groups of people out there who think they can stop terrorist attacks happening if they just pray hard enough.
It's a weird soup of self-less hate
Got any theories on what the secret thing might be?
I think it's discovering a really goood potat recipe that is also vegan.
My personal theory is that if I hole up even more often in my room and tell myself I'm going to start a workout plan, pick up an instrument, and talk to people, when I die I'll be reincarnated as a better person that can be deserving off love.
I think it is to take a nap.
I volunteer to test this theory... for science!
Please do report your empirical findings, brave slumbernaut
Exercise, but not necessarily the sort thats supposed to make large visible muscles. Its just generally good for you.
