To nominate a show I actually watched beyond the first season: Buffy the Vampire Slayer
I know it's not a serious intro, but the theme to Aqua Teen Hunger Force has been rattling around in my head for nearly 25 years. Definitely a banger in my mind (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dcd6wU86OgI).
I second Miami Vice. Also, Airwolf is probably my favorite theme music of all time.

In the 90s it was the Power Rangers theme song.
In the 00s it was the Sopranos theme song.
I can't really put them in any order but the Transformers theme from Lion slaps hard like an oil tanker.
I'm probably a bit biased given how much I love Overlord, but Hollow Hunger is a banger that fits the tone of the show perfectly.
Xam'd always had what I consider the most catchy theme song. It's been over a decade and I still get it stuck in my head randomly.
