I second Miami Vice. Also, Airwolf is probably my favorite theme music of all time.
I'm probably a bit biased given how much I love Overlord, but Hollow Hunger is a banger that fits the tone of the show perfectly.
I can't really put them in any order but the Transformers theme from Lion slaps hard like an oil tanker.
If we're talking cartoons, I still like the M.A.S.K. theme song.
It was never on TV in my country and this is literally the first time I've seen the intro. It's so late '80s it's making me cry. What an awesome song for an awesome concept! I'm sold.

Didn't see anyone mention the original Attack On Titan theme, which is surprising given how popular it was at the time
To nominate a show I actually watched beyond the first season: Buffy the Vampire Slayer
I know it's not a serious intro, but the theme to Aqua Teen Hunger Force has been rattling around in my head for nearly 25 years. Definitely a banger in my mind (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dcd6wU86OgI).

sanford and son’s theme is a segment from a quincy jones song called streetbeater. the full song has a great solo section
Either the original French dub or English dub opening to Code Lyoko.
Either one can easily get me pumped to watch an episode or two of the show anytime, anywhere.

Full version of the English dub opening. Missed that the one I put was just the short version used in the intro.
