At least one of these aforementioned horny posters has stated how they would continue to post to shitposting even if such a community existed due to the community size, so unless mods step in, I don't see that being very effective
Ugh. Prob similar to the posters who are well aware political meme communities exist but insist on posting them here. There's nothing temporary about those blocks, but I'm willing to let the horny posters get it out of their system and unblock them later.

Pretty sure when corn memes were popular, I blocked a few accounts that were posting low-effort corn memes every hour or something ridiculous.
I should probably unblock them, but I have no idea who they are anymore. Now they're mixed in a list of people I don't want to unblock.
I just blocked this whole page for a few days until the (shit)storm was over.

A few weeks ago, "horny posting" became the latest bandwagon here, and I got bored of it, so temporarily blocked the handful of accounts posting the bulk of those. Usually these bandwagon themes fizzle out after a while, so I check back every so often to see when it's safe to unblock them.
