if those things don't exist, noone should have a problem with them being forbidden. it'd be like prohibiting you from travlling to the other end of the galaxy. why should you care?

also, that fact that they explicitly named using a litterbox instead of a toilet as an expample is telling. with a law prohibiting this and similar things, nothing of value is lost
