Yeah maybe since they are kind of hiding some of the war costs. But it’s definitely less than what Ukraine is spending.

I’d argue at least a number of the belligerents need to have switched to a war economy and then simultaneously span multiple continents.
Maybe only Ukraine right now is in a war economy?
While that’s quite sad, in the case of their road trip, the comparison was made against the many splatters on the chase vehicles making the trip with them.
One interesting tidbit is that due to the aerodynamic design, bugs are swept over the windshield and don’t splatter. This effect was theorized in simulations but they were able to demonstrate it during the roadtrip.
