People keep laughing at idiots buying this but the forget that someone made billions on it. Yes, it's a stupid "investment" for an average person but a genius play by the company selling this.

From what I understand it wasn't a contract with a Israeli company but a public contract awarded to consortium of Spanish companies which were supposed to buy some components from Israel. The government stopped ordering arms from Israel two years ago. Now they are taking it further.
Because you can't cook with a scale and because they didn't have a scale big enough to put the pot on it. You can see the scale attached to the crane. They wanted to weight it by lifting it.
The only thing that makes manual labor worth more, is demand.
