It’s got nothing to do with thinness like the article carry’s on and on about, but everything to do with the fact it’s a plastic screen and using a stylus on it is only going to end in damaged screens.
Aaaaaaaaand it was back in profit almost immediately.
As long as you use AMD, as Intel and Nvidia are not supported yet.
Intel NUCs have existed for like a decade at this point.
Not really what they’re saying.
"Over the past two decades, DOJ's Civil Rights Division ("CRT") has relied on its integration mandate and Olmstead to pressure states into discharging individuals from mental-health institutions," the opinion says.
They’re saying that people are being released before they should be due to threats of lawsuits, essentially. That would explain why there are clearly many, many people with severe mental health issues out in the streets when they should be in a facility getting the treatment they need.
A better gaming pc that is also upgradable.
Like I’ve said before, this thing needed to be no more than $500 to be taken seriously. Performance is almost at joke levels for current games - 720p with lowest settings and no ray tracing will maybe get you 30fps in recent games. Next gen games will pretty much be impossible to play.
They also really should have made sure that people were aware that it was a lowest of the low spec gaming pc. People had some insane expectations despite us knowing the specs, thinking that some “Linux/Valve secret sauce” would make it punch above its weight.
You’d be much better off just using moonlight from your pc to any other device, but seems like you want to buy it no matter the pointlessness haha. I’ve been there, but not at this price.
Vote out the authoritarian, surveillance loving, censor happy, incompetent ALP, and never let them near power again.
My brother just leased a Model Y, which is about $65k drive away. On a 5 year lease, the trade in value is $10k.
That gives you a pretty good idea about how well the value is expected to hold - terribly.
There is no subsidy here, people need to stop spreading these lies.
What this “subsidy” actually is, is a refund of the “road tax” that is added to the price of diesel to cover the upkeep etc of roads that the vehicle using the diesel drives on. Why do they get this rebate? Because they don’t use the roads.
No diversity? Geez, problematic.
Sounds like the article writer doesn’t understand the difference between LLMs and a product. You can download and use a deepseek model locally, and nothing goes back to China. This is what MS are doing. They’re not integrating with the deepseek AI like they do with Claude and ChatGPT for example.
