This is only about splitting the process up so that most of the work can be done in advance with a majority, and then the final decision would still require unanimity, but by the time we all get there, Hungary might have a different government.
Nobody is ditching unanimity.

She is giving an interview to one of the biggest independent news agencies in Hungary (they operate as a Youtube channel) on Friday. I don't know what to expect from the interview, the interviewer has a clear and admitted leftist slant (as in social democrat, not liberal), but he is known to be brutal in questions to all sides in Hungary for local reports, but occasinally I've seen him to be less critical of foreign guests where his expertise is less direct and cutting.
In any case, you can expect the interview to be in English (with Hungarian subs), on this channel.
We turn out for protests. 5% of the total population, half a million people, was at Pride after Orbán banned it. He tried to arrest people, he threatened everyone with fines, and the organisers with arrests, but he was powerless to do so since some politicians stood up and fought back.
Our corpo-Dem equivalents are being thrown out of politics.

Without going pro or con here, I wish they elaborated on this bit:

Why can't they be returned to their home countries? If it is because of humanitarian reasons, then they are valid asylees, right? But if it's because they are keeping their origins secret to get a better chance at being admitted, then how can you put the "return hub" next to their origin, if you don't know where that is?

Laws are made up, and the people you elect can change them. Don't tell me that if 100% of the people in the US agreed on something, you couldn't make it happen. The whole creation of your country was illegal by royal laws and that never seemed to stop anyone.
The people you elect are also responsible for finding experts, hiring them, listening to them, and fixing the problem.
So again, my solution is, let more children die. You have to look upwards and to your side for any better solution. Not my job, in my country we had like 2 school shootings in total. It's barely yours. Wouldn't be if it was getting done. When you decide it's yours, get more people on board and demand accountability.
Let more children die. That's legal and practical.
Otherwise you'd have to have legislators do their jobs and make laws.
