This is just what signal does with extra steps... Even telegram private chats do this for you, and many other e2e-enabled apps. That's exactly what e2e is when it's implemented in an app, except you don't have to copy-paste the encrypted data around yourself...

lol not in absolute numbers terms, no way. The US has 5x the population, and there are tons of immigrants that speak multiple languages. So regardless of how stupid native-born citizens are, there are still many bilingual+ people.
