Land mines are a horror of war that bite long after the conflict ends.

I have had always problem with this thinking and im pro mines. Yes it will be sad if children die 10 years from now to old landmine, but its also sad if that child is never born because their parents died fighting in a war.

As a person who lives in country where bottle recycling works i disagree. Also it should not be the corporations who makes the rules, but the goverment.

Every store needs to accept every bottle and can and the system needs to be uniform between all the companies. Last year from all the sold bottles and cans 97% were returned to bottle recycler system, not because corporations shifted their responcibility to consumers, but because the goverment has ordered the companies to make recycling efficient, easy and worthwhile for the consumer.

Of all the things you can be angry to corporations, bottle and can recycling is the wrong one.

Yeah and no. Google has been fined for 8b in europe. They make about 100b in a year in eu market.

So they have lost about one months profits in few years.

Its not going to criple them, but its not nothing. And the purpose is not to criple their operation, but hurt it enough so its wiser to make changes rather than keep bleeding money.

And about that picture. Like most people i dont tend to take random pictures in internet as facts if there is nothing backing it up. Especially if the picture comes from somebody who seem to be as polite and well adjusted as you.

So far everything what you have said has only enforced my view that people who have problems with law enforcement are criminals who are crying after they have fucked around and found out.

If you can, take a step back and think pragmatically.

On the one side is the experiences that you and your close circle has. So long in your life everybody who has had the opposide opinion have been untrustworthy persons.

Then the other side. Random person on random forum ranting and telling tales that sound impossible and goes against all of your personal experiences while being agressive and rude.

Can you see why people wont respond well to you?

Also about the hs link you provided is behind paywall. Is this the case in question? isint this a victory? Police did wrong and korkeinoinoikeus fixed it. Sure its shitty for it to be a long prosess, but things with law are slow. No way around it.

About the holding cell incident. I just need some proof other than random picture of something that you say is a holding cell.

Also legal system and prisons in USA are joke, it way too broad subject to speak in here, but if somebody says their private owned prisons, three strike system, legal slavery and system that does nothing to rehabilate prisoners is better than system in Finland i automatically think that they are either uninformed or stupid.

Also cannabis should be legal.

Its pretty hard to belive it when every encounter i personally have with police has been good and fair and everyone i know to hate "pigs" hate them because they have broken the law themself. I think my experience is pretty common one and to me personally, one person ranting online is not enough to change my lifelong experience.
