I (M32) gained 140lbs in a year from bad choices, almost all in my belly (now 69-inches) due to rare genetics. With my unique proportions, I’ve outgrown most off-the-rack clothing options. Advice? in c/asklemmy@lemmy.ml

I'm not sure what country you are in but DXL in America probably has the sizes you are looking for.
