It's not a sealed system like a personal computer uses. They're on a huge huge scale. They use evaporation / cooling towers. But those lose a certain amount of water to evaporation which needs to be replaced regularly.

Wow Teslas are even shittier than I ever imagined.
The result of this will be the USA abandoning military bases in places like South Korea, increasing the chance of North Korea attacking South Korea, or China attacking Taiwan.
If Disney can't sue for this, then what exactly would be too far? We're a few steps from being able to animate our own movies in Disney style.
