Aren't they now based in Estonia since when the company was established?
What is weird is that engagement without paid boosting is now mostly decimated on twitter. And the part that is boosted gets mostly engaged by bots. The situation is frankly ridiculous and no competent organization or personnel should be giving anything but RSS one way update there.
De jure is what's good enough for me. I am not interested in vindicating ordinary Russians for something they couldn't even vote for.
