I love the tiles view Google Keeps has. It has widgets so you can see any particular note on your phones home page open at any time. I write everything down in there that doesn't need to be on Google calendar. When you go on it it's just a flurry of notes you can all see at the same time, you can use timed reminders that notify you every day or whatever day you like.

Edit: I'd love to stop using the evil Google though, just saying, if anyone knows an app exactly like this without Google, hmu

If you're eating regular chocolate i think it's indeed just sugar cravings 😂 I feel you there. But yeah it doesn't make a monumental difference since we do have a disorder but it helps noticeably! I think we should all be consuming it daily.

Cacao is really good for dopamine. There are studies on this. Regular dark chocolate doesn't cut it though.

Ahh it's kinda carthatic to read this. only adhers understand... I'm not even a hyper person I'm really calm personality wise. Its the ADHD. I gotta drop and give you 20 a few times if my energy isn't going somewhere 😂
