'were he' the parent, I believe was your OP's point. Damn dude, don't bring others down just to be edgy.
Trampampoline
They didn't win tho?
Unless you consider Trump as the south 'rising again'. Some might.
redlib is amazing
two weeks goes by and it breaks
Not worth the effort. Been down that road. Redlib fixes, Reddit breaks again, over and over and over.
Empires rise, empires fall. You won't have to worry about Lemmy getting huge, though. Companies don't see any method of controlling us with propaganda here, or Mastodon so there's little incentive to even try, and most people have shown that they have little care for their own privacy, security or identity.
TOR somehow works, even without the .onion site.
That isn't the part that should scare you, it's not that "They don't talk about those people.", It's that "those people" never talk themselves... because if they aren't making socks in a sweatshop somewhere under a slum in South Africa, they're probably dead.
History is written by the victors, so expect a few books illustrating valiant Trump and his men defeating the brown turban-wearers for a few decades. Ask a kid in a few years to take a peek at their History textbook if it isn't in short-form-meme format by then.
That's how you make new targets for the war effort. The country of war is just seeding a larger marketplace. The more people aiming a gun at the US, the more they can justify their own; endless cycle of bloodshed fueled by money and capitalism.
None of that is new, btw. We've had three Democrat Presidents for two and a half full terms and none of that has ever backpedaled since Desert Storm. It's just how the US war-state operates.
One side: We need to avoid war
Other side: War is the entire point, Dept. of War, etc and so forth.
I don't think they want to be diplomatic. Trump's cabinet is basically like Andy Dick walking up to a bar. He wants a drink, sure, but it's not what he's there for.
Gdm is slow and buggy comparatively, imo. Gnome has always lagged behind on stability and speed for me, and Cinnamon doesn't do much to fix those issues for its simplicity.
For its simplicity, were I to choose less features and the minimal design Cinnamon goes for, I'd rather just have XFCE instead. Similar look and function, more mature, if older.
This really comes out if you try KDE on a lower-powered system like an ARM phone. KDE-touch is way more grounded and quick than the gnome solutions.
Give the humans raw milk!
Arrest and kill the humans in concentration camps!
Send the humans to war against other humans at a critical trade port!
Defund the CDC and forein aid so diseases and parasites infect the humans' food!
Defund and remove critical healthcare coverage for humans with combat experience!
holy fucking shit, guys
