You clearly underestimate the powers of the dreaded arch-mage of Cthulhu. /s

…just who the next Pope is going to be.

Right, just one of the most powerful religious positions in the world overseeing a vast real estate empire worth billions to trillions of dollars, who will be appointed for life, and who cannot be questioned due to having the authority of God himself. Not important or interesting at all. /s

Sorry, my brain skipped over the word cool and read “most Jews”. No doubt that there are Jews who acknowledge what is actually happening, it is just disconcerting to see how far some people will bend over backwards to make excuses for their own team.

I have this argument with my family all the time when they try to act like there is something to redeem here in America—it is a strength to admit when the rot has spread and the limb can’t be saved in its current form.

Out of curiosity, do you have a source for the belief that most Jews hate Israel? Not disputing it necessarily, just curious where you get that impression from.

A quick search pulled up this study about American Jews that seems to show that even the most sympathetic age demographics display 50% or more approval for how Israel has handled the conflict. If you’ve got different numbers about Jews worldwide, I’d be interested to see them:

Making it pseudo-public and not using docker would be a mistake, in my opinion. Anything public-ish can benefit from the extra security of docker’s sandboxing.

It will also make it much easier to run things through a VPN with Gluetun—something you definitely want to do if you have strangers using your SearXNG instance.

You should really consider a container of some kind.

I’m a little confused as to how it can still be AI CSAM if the bodies are voluptuous and the breasts are ample. Childlike faces have been the bread and butter of face filters for years.

Which parts specifically have to be childlike for it to be AI CSAM? This is why we need some laws ASAP.

You didn’t really address my question (how is one person equal to a “mob”), and it seems like you’re using a similar type of anecdote to the one you are complaining about—no source, all personal impression. I’m not trying to be contrarian for the heck of it, I just don’t think you’re making a much better argument than the one you are speaking against.

I saw only one user in this thread try to respond with an unspecified “studies say”. How is that a “mob”?

Are there usually good men standing around at the scene of a murder?

I think you may have misread something. I just tried to search for that, and it seems that he was in a commercial for BlackRock, an investment firm, when he was in high school. They had a shot of a classroom that he was in, he was not a paid actor.

If he has also been hired by Blackwater, that has not been widely reported, and it seems unlikely.

Rasputin is more like Elon Musk: a gross middle aged man pulling the strings of a king who has intelligence falsely attributed to him.

Maybe I’m gullible, but the idea of a wise old man pulling the strings of a king and getting magical powers attributed to him seems like the sort of thing that could definitely happen in real life.

I’m trying to set up a streaming server on a VPS. I’m using OBS Studio and MistServer in a Debian docker container with noVNC access to control it.

MistServer is supposed to be able to detect a stream on the local network and then create a custom RTMP key so that it can be passed to OBS studio and then streamed to multiple platforms simultaneously.

I was thinking that I could use Tailscale to create a virtual network, and that should connect the camera to MistServer. If I do that, could I just use the Tailscale IP as the RTMP IP address and then have it treat the camera as if it is on a local network?

Essentially:

Camera wired to iPad > Tailscale > MistServer > OBS Studio > Multiple Streaming Platforms

Is there some better way to do this that I’m totally missing?

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Edit: to clarify, I’m talking about a livestream of my own live content that I create, not a Plex stream of media or anything.
