Except its not abt white people only, because any other foreign Student ist going to avoid American Universities now. So, it will be for the American, whites only students, restricting international Exchange of ideas and understanding. Except Trump is a puppet of Putins, to some degree. So he would Not Care about Russia occupiying Ukraine in any way, because He will still get His Deal.
