I love my #DeltaChat , and yes, DeltaChat has groups and channels that exist only on the phones of their members. The only drawback might be that, since the channels and groups are only on the phones (and not on a server), new members can't see posts made previously, and everything that was posted before is blank for them.

Just a quick technical correction! 😊 You're mixing up the UN and NATO here. The 5-country veto power (US, UK, France, Russia, and China) belongs to the UN Security Council. NATO doesn't actually have a veto system; its decisions are based on consensus among all members
