Sure, we could say viscous liquids can use mass. I’d say most liquids with a viscosity close to water will be easier to measure out by volume than risk over pouring when going right into weigh boat / mixing bowl.

All solids should be listed by weight.

All liquids should be listed by volume.

SI units only. (Grams for solids, mL for liquids)

More graduated cylinders and volumetric flasks in the kitchen please.

Well I’ve been trying like hell to get a launch one with no success. I think my only hope now is the Nintendo Reservation system, if they continue to open up to more like they said they would.

But if I can’t get one and then the price goes up, I’ll just pass.

But commenter is right. Just cuz it’s in the same city doesn’t mean it’s the same quality. If they’re made with the same components, that’d carry more weight than simply being made in the same city.
