How right you are, and how wrong I am. The clues were there for me to pick up, like it's in the name, and I've only seen hundreds of screenshots of it and i can't quite believe I thought this for so long without even the slightest logical thought or questioning of the reasoning. Doh!
Yeah, I've never been to 4chan, but think a greentext is a specific type of 4chan post (with a green background) where the poster shares some story from their life, often starting with the phrase "be me". Apparently there's an oft-used catchphrase response "Fake and gay", often followed up with reasoning like "Fake: nobody wears flares any more. Gay: op is clearly lusting after his homies."
Like I say, I've never been there and this might all be very incorrect.
It's not the chlorine, for goodness sake, it's the disease it hides. Are you not listening? Chlorine wash after death is the only sanitary thing that ever happened to these poor mistreated disease-ridden lame birds. We don't accept chlorine washed chicken because there's no easy way to test whether it's diseased meat or healthy meat.
