But I need my land barge to potentially carry 9000 pounds and 6 people for at least 400 miles without a break, even if I can barely manage to satisfy one of those criteria once a year. Otherwise it's a miserable failure that must be mocked.

Australia here, I have a 100GB plan with unlimited calls Australia-wide for AUD40 a month. With the current miserable exchange rate with the US, that's about USD25/mo.
And any unused data rolls over each month so now I have (checks)..... 4.22TB of data available, because I have a dual-sim phone and my work sim does all the heavy data usage.
Thankfully, science will inevitably sus those papers out eventually, as it always does,
In the future, all search engines will have an option to ignore any results from 2022-20xx, the era of AI slop.
"Ohhhh, that tired old OS was using AI 1.6. We've been offering the new OS -now with AI 1.8 - for 7 solid weeks now! We recommend you upgrade now, as we're shutting down AI 1.6 on Tuesday."
Warmest winter on record, so far.
AEC does a good job of nudging people into getting their enrolment details organised. I changed addresses a little while ago, and it was 30 seconds online to update, with confirmation a few days later via SMS and email.
My son ordered me a cube with a bit of silver from the US, it's part of a periodic table set.
It was delayed a little, and when it arrived at his door there was a little note from Australian customs basically saying, "This is cool and everything, but don't go ordering the radioactive elements from this place unless you have all the right paperwork, ok?"
but they're really not providing any substance for anything.
As mentioned by someone else:
"If you don't know, vote no."
If they are house-bound, organise with a local taxi driver to get to the shop and get some things for them.
If they are mostly-mobile, same thing, but organise a drop off and pickup time and get a hand with getting groceries into the house and up stairs, etc.
A lot of the older "career" drivers will happily do regular stuff like this. Especially during the middle of the day in suburbia when it's pretty quiet. Beats sitting at a taxi rank reading the paper.
Well, I did delete a company-mandated image from the bottom of my signature after I realised that it made even just a one-line "Thanks" email balloon out to 800kb.
I don't understand it. If I was a politician right now, I would not, under any circumstances, hitch my political wagon to the shitshow that is going on in the US. But Dutton and that "Trumpet of Patriots" crowd - bless their 1950's White Australia hearts - are all for it.
Labor would be wise to stall the election for a month or two, just to let things unfold a bit more over there.
"All will be revealed after the election! Just vote for us!"
Seriously, they have had three years in opposition, a huge build up when "everyone knows" there's an election to be called soon, and yet..... somehow , they're pretty light on all the details on how exactly they're going to do all this stuff that they claim they're going to do.
At least the Greens can back their policies with numbers and details, even if you disagree with them. Dutton and Co, it's just a lot of spooky handwaving and "oooo Labor baaaad! Vote for us! We'll fix it by mumble mumble"
Added rant: Trumpet Of Patriots promising so much bullshit with nary a scrap of evidence or reasoning on exactly HOW they're going to do any of it.
