I'm fairly certain there is a real version of this out there though, because I remember seeing it many years ago before all of the AI bullshit.

My sense is that this is a real photo that has been reproduced by AI.

Just because you like to put "CEO" on your LinkedIn doesn't actually make you one being talked about. It's talking about CEOs of large companies who are responsible for destroying countless lives.

When you start wielding wealth and resources as a weapon against humanity, then you are the problem. In a just society, these people would simply not exist, or at least, we'd have the means to quickly remove them from power if they somehow found a means to abuse society. However, we do not live in a just society, or one where justice is actually a guiding principle. We live in a capitalist society that enforces its will through violence, and only truly responds to violence. There is a very, very good reason that Luigi struck such a chord with so many people.

.... Do you actually believe this nonsense?

I mean, not really. This is weird shit to put in a legal document and is pretty pointless. It's also just hard to read due to contrast issues (which can be particularly relevant depending on any disabilities of interested parties, etc.). Like I'm pretty sure there is text on there that does not meet WCAG guidelines.

It's definitely not appropriate for a court document. I'd go farther and say putting anything to dramatically draw attention to oneself in a court document is inappropriate. That's simply not what court documents are for. They should strive to be as mundane, uninteresting, an impartial as possible.

It's just for the "last mile" where code gets packaged up into releases. There's still thousands of developers that have all of the code on their machines as well, it's just that their local repos aren't the ones that end up in the hands of end users.

Changes can come from anywhere. The Linux kernel itself doesn't use any central repository like Github, it's instead done via emailing patches that are eventually merged into the mainline kernel repository managed by Linus.

It is 100% decentralized.

Way, way better than excel for working with tabular data. Excel is child's play in comparison.

I just... don't connect the TV to the internet. Never had an issue with anything like that.

It really depends. Raw onions are common on hot dogs, burgers, salads, and various other foods.

I'd definitely prefer more sunlight in the morning. It's 6:45am right now and the sun hasn't even risen yet and won't start for another half hour.

Meanwhile, more sunlight later in the day is often gone to waste anyway, between work/commute/dinner/etc. It's especially wasteful later in the summer... You already have sunlight super late in the day anyway.

But honestly, I would take either as long as it stops changing.

I can't. Seems like a dumbass thing to ban someone for.

Answer me this: are they or are they not consistently in support of Russia/China? Because I've seen it a lot from them (and blocked the instance soon after joining Lemmy when I noticed the pattern).

Is it just some big joke that went over my head?
