On the scale of human warfare, "a few months" is pretty new. Frankly, its fairly new on the timescale of the Ukraine war at this point.

Those would count as services which Trump explicitly excluded from his calculation, presumably so that he could claim the US has a larger trade deficit than it actually does. Although given he basically pulled the formula out of his ass anyway I'm not sure why he bothered to fudge the numbers as well.
While that is true, I do think there is an opportunity for the EU to get a real economic and diplomatic boost by strengthen ties with the traditional western allies in the Pacific now that America is torching its bridges there. Whether or not it can manage to get all member states to agree quickly enough to actually take that opportunity is a different matter though...

I assume option 1 at least would lead to the nerve connections naturally growing as the tooth does. Regardless, this still seems in the super early lab-proof-of-concept stage so I guess the ultimate answer is we don't know yet.
