Sure, but even in the most orange-pilled places, there are still cars, and occasionally reasons to drive. And if individuals/small groups need to get somewhere inaccessible by bikes/public transit, etc., I'd rather they drive something like this instead of a vehicle that's literally the size of a tank.

After a reboot all the data is encrypted and needs a pin/fingerprint to unlock.

Just to clarify, it needs a PIN/password to unlock after reboot. Biometrics like fingerprint aren't available until the device has been decrypted.

While this is probably a good long-term direction for Canada, I'm curious if this is going to be an excuse to continue relying on our aging CF-18s for another generation.

A message even better when it's delivered by a Canadian Treasure!

Not really. He hasn't been acting President for months, so there was no urgency for the court to force it through.

If you just want the tech specs and don't want to read a full article, Nintendo has published a spec sheet.

I'm curious to see what the "Custom processor made by NVIDIA" is, partially to see what the Switch 2 is capable of, but also to see what Nvidia might put in other devices. (Can I hope for a Shield refresh?)

EDIT: I can't find the one that said 20%. It was on a Lemmy post a few weeks back. However, it said 80% were strongly opposed, and didn't break down the other responses. The article just assumed the other responses weren't opposed.

Go look for the source if that river.

Colorado? One of the bluest states in the USA?

If you asked the Canadians if they want to become US state I guarantee it would be lower

Any of the polls I've seen put it 13-20%.
