In practice they're exactly the same. Atheists don't say anything differently than agnostics
The development of new medications should be 100% funded by governments and the IP that comes out of it should be 100% if the government, aka the people.
Governments are the ones that do the investments of projects that don't directly make money but are good for humanity.

I somewhat agree. Social Media has ita positive sides on youth, here and there, but i think at this point the negative outweighs the positive

I fully agree but we're omnivores and to be healthy some meat should be eaten. Yeah, we eat way WAY too much meat, but that is a different issue.
As soon as lab meat is a proper thing (still not sure about the viability of that one, though) I will finally eat meat and not feel bad about it
When you're agnostic you're just a closet atheist. It's not that atheists are sure there is no god, we're not, nobody can say that for sure. We can (and do) say, however, that you don't have to worry about made up fairy tale rules, there likely isn't a god. Just be a nice person and you'll be fine.
