Just checked out the acp chuds out of morbid curiosity and holy shit I'm actually surprised by how much bigoted they are. They froth at the mouth just with the mention of gay, nonbinary and trans people. they're literally fascist reactionaries with the things they say about minorities so why do they even call themselves communists at this point like they hold no principle of it.

Was reading blackshirts and reds and remembered a certain subreddit (tankiejerk) when reading this passage:
Orwell (with Orwellian doublethink) characterized the condemnation of communism as a lonely courageous act of defiance. Today, his ideological progeny are still at it, offering themselves as intrepid left critics of the Left, waging a valiant struggle against imaginary Marxist-Leninist-Stalinist hordes.
What's the reason? (I haven't visited that cesspool since I came here.)

Since I'm still new here I didn't know the differences between Lemmy and Lemmygrad, so I did a quick search in lemmy and sure enough it's more liberal. hope they get more leftist and stop clinging to their old ideas by seeing the failings of the system and the subsequent suffering of people each passing day.
