So it was initially attempted murder, then by denying her aid, full on murder.
Also remember what the pigs said, Jonathan Ross of Minnesota said "fucking bitch" after he shot her. And another said "I don't care" when asked by the medical person to go to her aid.
More second if not first degree murder, then felony murder, accessory after the fact, etc for everyone stopping medical care.
First degree. He baited the situation, and shot while he was completely clear of possible harm. First degree murder.
First degree because they were ordered to shoot a vehicle blocker, make an example, and send a message.
Who gave the order, and how high does it go?

But if he really didn't care, he would have let the doctor render aid. So it seems like he really did care. A lot
