You forgot film it yourself so everyone watching gets stuck in fight or flight and are so shut down they can't figure out how to overthrow them.
So it was initially attempted murder, then by denying her aid, full on murder.
Also remember what the pigs said, Jonathan Ross of Minnesota said "fucking bitch" after he shot her. And another said "I don't care" when asked by the medical person to go to her aid.
More second if not first degree murder, then felony murder, accessory after the fact, etc for everyone stopping medical care.
First degree. He baited the situation, and shot while he was completely clear of possible harm. First degree murder.
First degree because they were ordered to shoot a vehicle blocker, make an example, and send a message.
Who gave the order, and how high does it go?

But if he really didn't care, he would have let the doctor render aid. So it seems like he really did care. A lot

The cruelty is the point.
This is partly why I hate Obama so much. He had so many opportunities to reform this (Ferguson sticks out the most) and instead he doubled down on militarized police.
Obama bombed civilian targets. Don't let the current crap create the illusion that before Trump all presidents were peaceful rainbow good guys.

You realize that trump was impeached twice by the dems and the republicans wouldn't let that happen? There are so many things to focus on right now, Obama isn't one of them.

We expect the republicans to build fascism. We don't expect the only opposition to fascism at the federal level to maintain and expand those same institutions.
The dems expect us to vote for them, but fund Trump's gestapo at every opportunity.

This isn’t that shocking if you’ve watched a lot of police videos in the USA. It seems to me they put themselves first and everything else comes second. I’ve seen countless videos where they have shot someone and it takes so long to get medical help.
Here in the Uk i don’t see that. We put people first. If you’re guilty of a heinous crime you still have a right to life and a trial. The cops are not here to execute you.
They famously don't even have guns here most of the time.
Which is fine, because no-one else has guns either.
But we still don’t kill people that often. Even if someone has a knife I’ve seen like 20 feds with riot shields disarm them and arrest them as preserving life is important.
Even if you have a knife in America you’re being shot dead.
If the cop just gets impatient, you're shot.
So many situations can be deescalated safely by having some form of patience.

It's NOT illegal to say "with a mortar launcher" because it's most definitely an incomplete sentence that definitely had absolutely nothing to do with the President. Nope. Definitely not the President. No one at all.

Republicans celebrate and cheer this wildly. Why do they want other Americans killed?
Because they've wholly bought into the idea that it's not "Americans" that are dying, it's "The Enemy" that is. That they wouldn't have died if they didn't do something to "deserve" it.
It's just like the Myth of Meritocracy. If you got it then you deserved it, the proof that you deserved it is that you got it.

Even if there wasn’t a doctor on scene, is law enforcement not given basic emergency medical training for when they arrive on scene before EMTs?
Not one of those ICE officers even attempted to help.

Just a reminder of what justice & accountability would look like not under a fascist oligarch:
- Everyone from ICE who was at the shooting and restricted paramedic access should have been in custody the same day
- Their supervisors responsible for training and oversight and organizational leadership from direct commanders up to the head of DHS should have quit or been fired within the first week
- New DHS organizational leadership should turn over all evidence to MN and shut down ICE and restructure for assisting immigrants instead of oppressing and abusing them, or dissolve DHS all together
Yeah, but you see he could have been pretending, and caused more harm than...checks notes...being shot in the face.
