Dugan is accused of escorting the man, Eduardo Flores-Ruiz, and his lawyer out of the courtroom through the jury door on April 18 as a way to help avert his arrest, according to an FBI affidavit filed in court.

For the Americans that are basically just standing around and doing nothing beyond hand wringing:

Remember that it's people just like you, that you'll need to rely on to save you when the Gestapo come to your home, place of work, or place of worship, to ship you to El Salvador without anything resembling due process.
