Um, South Dakota? The South Dakota that is a central region of America's nuclear sponge, where nuclear strikes at the USA's nuclear missile silos would likely hit? That South Dakota is where these geniuses plan to weather the apocalypse?

Yeah that's why the nuclear silos are there. Putting a "nuke this first" target in Chicago would be stupid
